You must be at least 18 years old, or shopping under the supervision of a parent/guardian, to place an order in India.
3. Products and pricing
All products are fashion apparel, accessories and beauty/personal care items, subject to availability.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise • Product colours may vary slightly due to photography and screen settings • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders with incorrect pricing
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including stock unavailability, payment verification failure, or suspected fraud. A confirmed order email is your acceptance.
5. Payments
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, netbanking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery where available, via [Razorpay / Cashfree / Shopify Payments / your gateway].
All payments are processed securely by our payment partners. We do not store your full card/UPI PIN details.
6. Shipping

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds

8. User accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Products are provided as described. Beauty/cosmetic results vary by individual skin type. Always do a patch test. We are not liable for allergic reactions from proper use of genuine products. Discontinue use and consult a doctor if irritation occurs.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our site is provided "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Aradhya Fashion & Beauty World's total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
