Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Aradhya Fashion & Beauty World. We currently ship across India only.

1. Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays in Kerala will be processed the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping partners
We ship via Delhivery / India Post / DTDC / [your courier partners]. The courier is selected based on your delivery PIN code for fastest service.

3. Delivery timelines
• Kerala: 2 to 4 business days • South India: 3 to 5 business days • Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days • Remote / North-East areas: 7 to 10 business days 
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not order date. Delivery times may vary during sales, festivals, or due to courier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control.

4. Shipping charges
• Free shipping on orders above ₹[999] • Flat shipping fee of ₹ on orders below ₹[60][999] • Cash on Delivery (COD) fee: ₹ extra, where available[40] 
Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.

5. Cash on Delivery
COD is available for orders up to ₹ and for serviceable PIN codes. Please keep the exact amount ready. COD orders may require phone confirmation before dispatch.[2][000]

6. Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email/SMS/WhatsApp. You can track your order at aradhyafashionbeautyworld.in or on the courier's tracking page.

If tracking does not update for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will follow up with the courier.

7. Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address, phone number and PIN code at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you once for a reship. Reshipping charges will apply.

8. Delays, lost or damaged shipments
If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.
If your package arrives damaged, do not accept it if the outer box is visibly crushed, or take an unboxing photo/video and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

9. International shipping
We do not currently ship outside India.
