Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with Aradhya Fashion & Beauty World. We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
To start a return, email us at aradhya@aradhyafashionbeautyworld.in or WhatsApp/call +91 8304046518 with your Order ID and photos of the item.
2. What can be returned
* Clothing, fashion accessories, bags — if in original resellable condition • Wrong / damaged / defective items — within 7 days, with unboxing photos/video
3. Non-returnable items — Beauty & Hygiene
For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened/used, unless defective or wrong item received:
* Cosmetics, skincare, makeup, perfumes, haircare, personal care products • Innerwear, lingerie, earrings, bindis, and other intimate/hygiene products • Sale / clearance items marked "Final Sale" • Gift cards • Customized / altered products
Sealed beauty products can be returned only if the seal is completely unbroken.
4. Damaged, defective or wrong item
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the outer box and the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email/WhatsApp within 2-3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
* UPI / Cards / Netbanking: 5-7 business days • Cash on Delivery orders: Bank transfer / UPI refund — we will collect your UPI ID/bank details • Store credit: instant, if you choose it
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
Size exchanges for apparel are allowed once per order, subject to stock availability, within the 7-day window. Please contact us first before shipping back.
7. Return shipping
For eligible returns not due to our error, return shipping is paid by the customer. For defective/wrong items, we will cover return shipping / arrange pickup.

8. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies. Prepaid cancelled orders are refunded in 5-7 business days.
